Shipping policy

All orders on MOHANLAL® or www.mohanlalxl.com, www.rockspedia.com are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This depends on the availability, custom products, or local law reasons. As we have multi vendors and suppliers which sell their products and services on our e-commerce marketplace platform their are several carriers, logistic partners and ways to ship, zones of locations, inventory stocks and different distribution channels from the vendors itself. MOHANLAL® cannot have any actual sight on this, but we try to sent the tracking code asap to you. The most orders, 99%, are delivered in 1 - 7 days worldwide, until a maximum day of 31 for delivery after the order. In some cases the vendors don't have a tracking trace code and sent with local regular carriers to you. Any kind of postal service problems is outside the control of us and potential delays due to a high volume of orders. In many checkout cases, we supply mostly FREE international standard shipping as customer service towards our clients. This depends on the minimum order value and third-part partners. Prices on our website are included VAT if not otherwise mentioned, excluding any local clearance, import, transport or customs taxes. Please inform for this by your local tax office or customs department. See also our refund and return policy incase your parcel must be go back to the selling vendor or original sender in first place. MOHANLAL® cannot receive your return or refunds in once. The original sender needs to receive and accept your return in first place. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to several countries 

We don't have local delivery / shop picking-up services. 


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to almost all common countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for your information and costable viewing. 


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MOHANLAL® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We have no grip on local law and legal duties or taxes. Please get yourself informed before placing the order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at information@mohanlalxl.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If you have a customer account created on the website you have the opportunity to follow the most frequent information and details online.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We have an EU legal law 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Also for customers outside the EU region, we handle the same time share conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items need to be sent back on the costs of the customer to the individual vendor, which is standing on the original parcel/box/item instructed. MOHANLAL® is an e-commerce marketplace platform that is the bridge between several parties only. We don't handle and receive returns on our own. 

To start a return, you can contact us at information@rrmohanlal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. This depends on the manufacturer of the product and our delivery partner. Returning shipment costs are not included and will be for the customer, and depends on the location and your logistic carrier choice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), specialized consulting orders, or case on build products and gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before you order this on the webshop.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Vendors on our e-commerce marketplace platform will make the decision if your return and refund are reliable in their policy and times.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at information@mohanlalxl.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
